Just about any character imaginable can be duplicated or invented from real people to cartoon characters like Bevis and Butthead.
Accents include;
British (all dialects), Australian, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Scottish, Irish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Canadian, South African, American Southern (several types), New Yorker, New Jersey, California and almost any other. If our talent can hear it most times it can be imitated naturally.
